Roles are transforming too. An engineer needs to be more multidisciplinary and plays a key role in solving business problems, much of which is done with the effective use of technology.
For a significant number of years we have worked with companies to develop industry relevant educational courses that allow companies to upskill and retrain existing staff or hire new recruits to bring in fresh talent.
